Meet the team
The people behind Ace
Ace is led by a local Antrim team who combine family values with professional transport, school contracts, and
fleet operations across Northern Ireland.
Adrian
Founder
Adrian is the founder of Ace and the driving force behind the company's growth over the years. What started as a small local depot has grown into the large and trusted fleet the company operates today.
Born and raised in Antrim, Adrian has always believed that local people should be at the heart of the business. His passion for providing a reliable, community-focused service continues to shape the values of Ace today.
One of the parts of the business Adrian enjoys most is welcoming new drivers to the team and helping create a supportive, family-run environment where people feel valued and encouraged. He is passionate about building strong relationships with both customers and staff and is proud to see the company continue to grow while staying true to its local roots.
Ashleigh
Operations Director
As Operations Director at Ace, Ashleigh oversees all home-to-school transport contracts for SEN pupils, ensuring every child's journey is safe, comfortable, and supported each day. Having worked in this role for the past four years, she understands how important trust, communication, and consistency are for both children and their families.
As a busy mum herself, she knows how much reassurance parents need when it comes to their child's daily routine and wellbeing. One of the parts of the job she enjoys most is building relationships with the families who use our service and getting to know the children we support.
She truly loves that Ace can play even a small positive role in a child's school day and help make daily journeys a little easier for families. Ashleigh is also Ace's dedicated Safeguarding Officer.
Alex
Finance & Transport Manager
Alex is our Finance and Transport Manager, playing a key role in the smooth running and continued growth of Ace. He manages all our corporate account customers, ensuring strong relationships are maintained and that every client receives a reliable, professional service tailored to their needs.
He is also the driving force behind our minibus operation and holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for Passenger Transport (PSV), reflecting his strong commitment to safety and high industry standards.
Compliance is a real passion for Alex, and he takes great pride in ensuring that everything we do meets the highest levels of regulation and best practice. When he is not in the office you can usually find him on a minibus trip or cheering on the school team from the sidelines.
